• The next level of detail in Program Management functions, where roles and responsibilities are defined and we ensure the overall program meets standards.
• Program Elements, where even more detailed activities and planning occur to ensure UAMS meets goals set in the Program Management and Administration processes.
• Annexes, where policies and standards are defined, training occurs and lessons from testing and real-life emergencies become the fuel to start the cycle over again—and make the program even stronger.
