The All Hazards Emergency Operations Plan (AHP) describes our capabilities and planned responses to
emergencies and disasters to minimize impact on safety, patient care, service line operations and critical processes.
As outlined below, the AHP defines our basic missions of prevention, protection, mitigation, response and recovery
in the face of any emergency. The base plan defines core capabilities, while hazard-specific alerts plans list
