The capability to secure UAMS against manmade or natural disasters.
Mitigation
The capability to reduce the loss of life and property by reducing the impact of disasters.
Response
The capability to save lives, protect property and meet basic human needs after an incident has occurred.
Recovery
The capability to restore normal services disrupted by incidents or hazards as quickly as possible.
